All orders are delivered within 3 days from the date of order confirmation. If there is any change or delay, customers will be notified accordingly.

A standard delivery charge of ₹100 applies to all orders.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, re-delivery may be attempted at an additional charge.

Delivery terms are subject to change. Any changes affecting an order will be communicated to the customer.

All orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and product availability. Once confirmed, the order is final.

No modifications are permitted once an order is placed. This includes product, quantity, delivery details, and delivery date.

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural calamities, operational disruptions) that prevent fulfillment, a credit note will be issued. No monetary refunds will be provided.

All products are perishable and must be handled and consumed as advised. No claims will be entertained once the product has been accepted.
