Are your cookies freshly baked? expand_more

Yes. Every order is baked fresh upon receiving your order, not pre-made or mass-produced.

When is my order baked? expand_more

Your order is baked only after it is placed, typically on the same day as delivery.

Are there preservatives in your cookies? expand_more

No. We do not use preservatives, which is why we recommend consuming them fresh.

Are your cookies eggless? expand_more

Yes. All our cookies are 100% eggless, without compromising on richness or structure.

What ingredients do you use? expand_more

We use premium Belgian chocolate, real butter, and high-quality nuts. No artificial shortcuts — only ingredients that impact flavour and texture.

Do your cookies contain nuts? expand_more

Some variants include hazelnuts or nut-based fillings. Please check product descriptions before ordering.

Can we have more flavours? expand_more

Yes. Additional flavours can be requested for bulk orders.

Serving & Storage

How should I store the cookies? expand_more

Store cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within 3 days from the date of production.

What are your serving recommendations? expand_more

For the best experience:

Cookies: Microwave for 10 seconds to restore a soft, molten centre.
Tin: Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes in 30-second bursts OR heat in a preheated oven at 160°C for 8–10 minutes.

For added indulgence, serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Orders & Delivery

Do you deliver across Mumbai? expand_more

Yes. We currently deliver across Mumbai through selected delivery partners.

When will I receive my order? expand_more

Orders are delivered within 3 days of placing your order, and are baked fresh on the day of delivery.

Do you offer custom orders or bulk gifting? expand_more

Yes. We handle bulk orders, event gifting, and custom packaging (on request).

What payment methods do you accept? expand_more

We accept UPI, cards, and online payments.

Can I cancel or modify my order? expand_more

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
